Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England.


Our surgery is to be inspected on 14th June 2016


As part of the inspection the Inspectors want to know what you think about the care you receive from the surgery.


They have supplied us with a comment box and comment cards and all feedback will be treated confidentially.


If you would like to comment on the surgery, the cards are available in reception between now and the 14th June. Cards should be returned to the comment box and not to reception to keep the process confidential.
